Georgian / early Victorian pine blanket box in very good condition, all original with a small lidded candle-box inside and two small drawers - see photo below. Good early wide planks. 16 and 3/4"H x 35 and 1/2"W x just over 18"D.

Victorian Blanket box. Waxed Pine but really quite dark, more like dark oak or elm in colour. This box just wouldn't take a good photo for me - if you like it in this photo you will be more pleased when you see it! A more even colour than appears here. 34"W x 16"H x just over 19"D with the plinth extending around four sides.

Victorian pine blanket box in very good condition, all original, with carrying handles and small lidded candle-box inside. Plinth extends around all four sides. The flash emphasises the wood knots - they are not blemishes. 17 and 1/2"H x 34"W x 19"D.

Unusually small size - Antique oak and metal-bound silver trunk. 18"H x 15 and 1/2"D x 24 and 3/4"W but allow a couple more inches width for the chunky metal handles. The oak and the metal are in very good order but the black on the metal is worn. You could, of course re-black it. A couple of remnants of old paper labels on the wood. On the inside there is a shallow tray that sits near the top with empty space below. As you can see in photos below it is a bit tatty with some remains of original paper lining. Overall in good sound condition with its working key.

HUGE antique pine dome-topped trunk. Victorian era - continental. 49 "W x 31 and 1/2 "H x 25"D at maximum point. See photo below for inside - has small candle box. Fairly pale pine and an even colour - the overhead fluorescent light makes the top look more orange in the photo above. In very good condition. Do not under-estimate the size of this large and heavy trunk!
