Any order placed is deemed to be on the understanding that these terms and conditions of supply are accepted by the customer. The prices listed on this website cancel any previous prices and are exclusive of any delivery or alteration costs.

It is very important to us that you are satisfied with our goods and service. In addition to the usual statutory rights if you buy goods through this site you have a right (under Consumer Protection Distance Selling Regulations 2000) to cancel your order, return the goods and request a refund within 7 days of receiving the goods. In this case you must return the goods to us, as received and with any original packaging, requesting a refund in writing. A refund of the cost of the goods, excluding any carriage charges or specifically ordered alteration charges, will be sent to you within 30 days. In the highly unlikely event of goods being not as described or faulty a full refund will be made in accordance with your statutory rights. If you have any problems at all please let us know by telephone as soon as possible.

Please note that our furniture is genuinely old and, as such, may bear the usual signs of wear commensurate with years of use. We do not believe in restoring to the point where it appears to be a reproduction! Minor repairs and cleaning is carried out and occasionally it may be necessary to replace certain parts such as drawer handles or even feet if the originals are missing/beyond repair. We strive to provide you with honest descriptions of all items but if you have any concerns about any item please do contact us

Please note that lighting, processing and your computer settings may mean that the colour of an item may vary slightly from its true colour. Measurements given are intended to be a good guide but, if your space means accuracy is absolutely crucial, we will gladly provide more measurements.
